Justin Bieber Sighting at RL Restaurant

In the best surprise sighting since Gaga stopped by Kendrick Lamar's set at Pitchfork, Justin Bieber, hot off his sold-out All-State Arena show last night, lunched with Oprah at RL Restaurant before being mobbed by fans outside. No word yet on what the two talked about, although it was probably just two hours of hating on Jennifer Lopez, who beat both of them on the Forbes Celebrity 100 List this year.
