With Hanukkah, Christmas and New Year’s behind us, I finally have time to put some thought into buying gifts for… myself. I’m thinking a new party dress. Sure we just came off a season of fêtes, but there's always a celebration on the horizon. Plus, it’s always so much more fun to shop when the pressure is off. Lanvin’s Alber Elbaz is the king of party dresses and a master of making slouchy (i.e. comfortable) yet elegant pieces that stand out from the crowd—and this number is no exception.
