Between the bone-dry air making my scalp radiate static electricity and my winter hats instantly squashing my coiffure, my hair goes on hiatus this time of year. Luckily, there are quick fixes like this sweet little number. Part Roman head wreath, part hippy-chic, this locally made ’do-saver has become my go-to, perking up a sloppy ponytail or smoothing kinks while taming those pesky flyaways.
