It’s been open less than a month, but Bucktown’s Red Door already throws a mean patio party. For Monday’s Memorial Day fête, chef Troy Graves and staff pulled out all the stops with an all-you-can-eat pig roast, palomas by the pitcher, a dunk tank (which beckoned participants, thanks to scorching temps), and tunes from DJ Johnny Walker.
