After this winter, I'd happily trade in my battle-scarred winter jacket for one of these gorgeous, ethereal rain coats by Terra New York. Stylish, indeed, and they're also completely functional. Terra's designers, Yurika Nakazono and Marie Saeki, are avid cyclists who sought out to create fashion-forward design that would keep them dry while they ride.
