Good things come to those who wait. We first got word of The Rocking Horse (2535 N. Milwaukee Ave.; 773-486-0011), a Logan Square hang from the minds behind the Ukrainian Village’s High Dive, last winter. While the bar didn’t quite make its targeted early-spring opening, we spotted neighborhood types looking awfully jolly as they helped break in the newbie’s 12 taps last Friday.
