Streeterville, rejoice—the Lettuce Entertain You team has carved a nook out of the Tru kitchen for M Burger, a walk-up counter offering delectably inexpensive burgers, fries, shakes, and nothing else. Tim Hockett, a Lettuce corporate chef, led the charge by creating the signature M Burger (all-natural Midwest beef on a warm toasted bun slathered with a secret sauce) and the curiously named Nurse Betty (veggie burger).
