Three of the six units remain for sale. Priced at $499,000 (marked down from $519,000), the third-floor unit, with about 1,300 square feet of living space, has two bedrooms and two baths, as well as a private 900-square-foot rooftop deck that offers views of the city skyline. The other two remaining condos are both 1,300-square-foot two-bedroom units on the second floor, priced at $399,000 and $409,000 (both down from $439,000).
