He’s the mastermind behind the new floating glass addition to the Willis Tower’s Skydeck and the 1,080-foot Infinity Tower in Dubai. Yet everywhere this Ivy Leaguer (Harvard master’s, Yale undergrad) travels, he enjoys a simple pleasure: a long run at dawn. “You get to see the city waking up, and you encounter all sorts of interesting things,” says Wimer, a former college lacrosse player who encourages athleticism in his four kids.

In the market for: A career-focused woman, age unimportant. “I’m looking for a good balance between aesthetics and intellect,” he says. Shopaholics need not apply.
