Used to be hard to find stylish swimwear in Chicago, but we’re happy to report a fabulous new shop:Malia Mills, a New York based swimwear designer, has opened store in Lincoln Park (2050N. Halsted St. ;773-404-0467).Pieces are sold separately-bottoms come in clothing sizes 2 to 16, with tops in bra sizes 30 AA to 40 DD.

EXPERT TIP Pricey self-tanners abound, so imagine our surprise when Chicago makeup artist Joyce Taft steered us to her favorites . . . at CVS! She uses L’Oréal’s Sublime Glow for faces and Jergens Natural Glow Express on arms/legs. “The best part is,” she says, “they cost $15 together.”
DRESS UP Whether it’s for a cocktail party or just work, Wicker Park’s new Le Dress has you covered—well, everything but your legs, that is.
