Kenmore JB, the developer who gut-rehabbed this ten-unit building in Edgewater, had already cut prices by $40,000 to $50,000 per condo. Now it is offering an additional $3,000 discount to each of the first three buyers in the building.

Kenmore JB installed all new mechanical systems and floors at 5510 North Kenmore Avenue but retained some vintage details, such as stained-glass windows, a few nonfunctioning fireplaces, and the distinctive Art Deco newel posts in the stairwells.
