Martial Noguier

“It was always my goal,” says Martial Noguier, “since I left One Sixtyblue, to open my own restaurant.” After eight years of haute at One Sixtyblue and two at Café des Architectes, Noguier is a man with a plan come due. He has thrown in with Matt Fisher in the former Eve space for his vision of a modern bistro, which means cheese and charcuterie at the newly installed back bar, medium plates of tuna tartare or scallops, and entrées such as duck breast and lamb loin. “Bistro-style but not typical bistro.
