September 10, 2012–Chicago magazine celebrated local mixologists and Bulleit Bourbon master distiller Tom Bulleit, at Trenchermen with a private dinner. Guests enjoyed sipping Trenchermen’s Tona Palomino’s Funky Chicken while tasting delicious hors d’ouevres. Tona, along with along with Justin Anderson of La Sirena Clandestina and Nathan Ozug of Longman & Eagle, created Bulleit cocktails that were paired with the four-course dinner. Tom Bulleit educated guests on his family legacy in the bourbon business and gifted each mixologist with a custom Bulleit Bourbon cocktail kit. Please drink responsibly.
