We’ve been fans of Drumbar for a while, but when Craig Schoettler stepped behind the bar late last year, the clubby lounge at the Raffaello Hotel turned into a must-visit destination in the city. We headed out Saturday night to sample the new drinks Schoettler’s been mixing and rub elbows with all the Gold Coasters filling the 18th floor halls. Judging from the crowd around us, word is trickling out about this rooftop speakeasy.
