Dion Antic—Remember him? Iggy’s? Harry’s Velvet Room? The more recent but shorter-lived Shady Lady?—is back with a new nightspot, Porkchop, in the West Loop. Specialties include some 40 varieties of whiskey, all served neat with a bucket of ice, plus plates (a trio of sausage lollipops, $9; a pork chop grilled over wood from old whiskey barrels, $13) from a kitchen that cranks until 1:30 a.m.—which means you’ll still have plenty of time to put in an order after you give up waiting for a seat down the street at Girl & the Goat.
