I’ve been noticing a lot of plant installations hanging on walls in stores and restaurants lately and I love the look. If you do too, you’ll be happy to know that you can get that look at home with the help of a Chicago company called Living Art.
Owner Jane Morocco combines recycled materials—often barn wood—with specific plants (think air plants, succulents, and herbs) to create vertical gardens both indoors and out. Every design is custom, so you know you won’t find the same garden hanging on your next-door neighbor’s wall.
Want to keep your greens grounded? Morocco can also turn random items, such as a vintage typewriter, into a mini garden.
