It feels like you can find almost everything you need for a renovation or redecorating project at LuxeHome in the Merchandise Mart—paint, flooring, tile, appliances, cabinets. Well starting in early June, you can add custom window treatments to that list.

Suite 105 is going to become home to The Shade Store, a family-run business out of New York. You’ll be able to shop for custom shades, blinds, drapes, and hardware, take home free samples of the collection to try them out with your décor, and hire a professional to measure and install whatever you buy.

Old ratty blinds and curtains: Consider yourself warned.
