It's harvest time. No, I’m not talking about apples or pumpkins. I’m talking about furniture, accessories, and other beautiful objects. This weekend is the fourth annual Design Harvest, a street fest celebrating all things related to home and garden design.
It takes place in the heart of the Grand Avenue Design District and when you go, you’ll be able to check out (and buy) the latest work from local furniture and home accessory makers, antique collectors, and home decor boutiques. A few vendors to whet your palate: Beau Hale, Eric Erf Wood Design, Room Service, Recovered Interior, and 7M Woodworking.
The festival is topped off with live music, food, and drink. It's open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday on Grand Avenue between Damen and Wood. Free admission (a $5 donation is requested). Happy harvesting!
