The past few years have seen a bounty of breweries use unorthodox ingredients in the making of their beers. None have done it with more finesse than the team at Band of Bohemia, where a cast of culinary add-ins (fennel, coriander, and coconut, for example, in the English pale ale) subtly enhance the brews rather than forcefully overtake them.
