Hopewell’s taproom is the antidote to dark, dingy, IPA-snob beer dens everywhere. The upstart brewery went bright and Scandinavian with the decor—blond wood, minimalist fixtures—and pared down the beer list to match, putting the emphasis on simple, refreshing lagers.
