“My mom, dad, and grandmother are all Geminis, and I’m a Sagittarius,” says Gemini Wadley of his zodiac-inspired name. “I think they wanted me to be a Gemini.” Wadley works as the assistant director for diversity recruitment at Columbia College, and he’s proud to report that the student body is 34 percent minority, 3 percent international, and 40 percent from out of state. “We have kids from Beverly Hills and the West Side of Chicago in the same classroom,” he says. An enthusiastic runner, he clocks about 40 miles a week, which helps undo the effects of his other addiction: cupcakes. “I’ve been to all the spots,” he says. “Sugar Bliss, Sprinkles, More. Nothing compares to the red velvet at Flaco’s Tacos. It’s not even a cupcake place!” Also a part-time model, Wadley has appeared in a number of beer ads, although he doesn’t drink beer. This spring, the single traveler will visit Paris for the second time with a friend. “It’s her graduation trip. I was like, ‘Hey, I’ll go with you!’”
