As host of HGTV’s hit interior design show Windy City Rehab, Alison Victoria has a busy shooting schedule, so she keeps her workouts tight. To that end, she invested in her own Lagree M3 Megaformers for her homes here and in Las Vegas, allowing her to do Pilates-inspired high-intensity workouts at her convenience. Victoria, 44, studied interior architecture and psychology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. That combination comes in handy when rehabbing homes, a job that sometimes requires playing therapist with clients. Her Logan Square home is a warehouse she converted and documented on HGTV. Later this year, she’ll host the spinoff series Sin City Rehab, letting the world in on what happens in Vegas.

Lagreet the day

“I wake up at 8 a.m. and go right into my home gym for my Lagree workout. It’s 45 minutes. I’ve got big gumballs in my gym, and I shove a couple of those in for a sugar rush. I started doing only Lagree a year and a half ago and ended up losing 10 pounds.”

Brownie points

“Right after my workout, I do my vitamin routine and my protein shake. I add BeautyLux Multi Collagen powder to my FlavCity shake, which has grass-fed whey. I love the brownie batter flavor. It’s so good, I just mix it with water. I have been through every single protein drink and powder, and this is, hands down, the best-tasting one.”

Candy crush

“On set, I have roasted red pepper egg white bites. I don’t eat anything else for breakfast or lunch. Pretty much every night, I eat steak: a wagyu rib eye with salt, pepper, a little bit of butter, and rosemary. I make a little salad with romaine lettuce and garbanzo beans. I also love candy so much. Maybe it’s because I was born on Halloween? Like, I’m a full candy freak. Last night I fell asleep eating Red Vines.”

On the wellness wagon

“What we put in is what we get out. That’s the biggest reason I gave up alcohol eight months ago. My skin’s never looked better, and my overall happiness is better, too. You know, some people use all the best lotions but drink a gallon of wine a night, and they look like hell. Beauty, health, and wellness all start from within. Ultimately, my goal is to live forever and look damn good doing it.”
