Susan has procured the highest-priced home purchase and rental ever in Chicago. She has closed over $850 million in individual sales and rentals (including $400 million in luxury buildings 9 West Walton and the Waldorf Astoria), and procured over $115 million in sales in the first half of 2021.

In 2020–21, many of Susan’s clients purchased residences in popular destinations such as Florida, Arizona and Cabo. Susan helped these clients in identifying top local brokers in these markets and collaborating with them throughout the vetting, negotiating, and closing process.
