It’s that time again! Chicago magazine is on the hunt for the area’s most eligible men and women to spotlight in the upcoming July 2015 issue and celebrate at our annual Summer Lovin' party. (Curious? Check out photos from last year's event.)

Whether you have a friend you can’t wait to tell us about or you’d like to give it a go yourself, here’s the fine print: Applicants must be unattached; at least 21; and current residents of Chicago or the surrounding suburbs. Above all, we’re looking for folks who are accomplished, photogenic, and intriguing. In other words, Chicagoans who turn heads.

To nominate yourself or a friend, fill out the form below. Be sure to submit a photo taken within the past year (in group shots, be sure to identify the nominee). Deadline for submissions is March 27, 2015.
