A thunderstorm canceled Monday night's Cubs game at Wrigley Field, but sports fans flooded Wrigleyville nonetheless to celebrate Chicago’s latest Stanley Cup. By the time the final horn blasted in Blackhawks’ 2-0 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning, police had closed traffic on Clark Street and the area was soon a madhouse.
There were scattered reports of vandalism and violence, and the Chicago Tribune reported at least five arrests.
