Chicago has won a 2014 Boyden Award in education reporting from the Chicago Journalists Association for its January feature “The Rise and Fall of Juan Rangel." The award, presented Friday at the CJA's 75th Anniversary Dinner, honors Chicago's Cassie Walker Burke and the Better Government Association's Andrew Schroeder and Patrick Rehkamp for their months-long investigation of former UNO Charter Schools CEO Juan Rangel.
