Midweek meal deal: Ani (3056 N. Lincoln Ave., Lake View, 872-206-8553) is adding a ramen bargain on Wednesday nights starting this week. Pick a bowl of ramen and you’ll get a beer or glass of sake to go with it, all for $15.
Through the end of November, Davanti Enoteca (multiple locations, see davantienoteca.com) is covering basically anything it can with truffles for their “Every Day We’re Trufflin’” menu. Your options include a mascarpone polenta with winter black truffles and mushroom ragu for $19 and a Piemontese hazelnut panna cotta with truffle honey and winter truffle for $14. You can also just add shavings of the ‘shroom to any dish on their menu.

For the rest of the month at MFK (432 W. Diversey Pkwy., Lincoln Park, 773-857-2540), Sundays are Blue Crab Fiesta days. For $39 a person at the bar, you can feast on 4 jumbo Chesapeake Blue Crabs with unlimited slaw and hushpuppies. The deal runs from noon to 5 p.m. and it’s first come, first served—and the bar itself is tiny, so plan accordingly.
