Bear witness to a chef battle at the eighth annual Food Fight for Scleroderma, a fundraiser for the Scleroderma Foundation of Greater Chicago at the James Hotel (55 E. Ontario St., River North). Jason Paskewitz (the Blanchard), Nathan Sears (the Radler), and Lamar Moor (Hotel Chicago) will go head-to-head, and both guests and a panel of judges will evaluate the offerings before crowning a winner.
