At Sink|Swim (3213 W. Armitage Ave., Logan Square, 773-486-7465), the crew is joining forces with River North hotspot the Broken Shaker for a collaborative six-course dinner. The meal is $65, and you can tack on drink pairings, which are also a team effort.

Toast Spanish-style at Salero (621 W. Randolph St., West Loop, 312-466-1000) during their new Pintxos and Porróns deal—on select Wednesdays, they’ll bring by local chefs to pull together a selection of nine pintxos for between $1 and $5 (you can sample all nine for $25) plus porróns of cider for $20 and txakolina for $25. The first visiting chefs are Chrissy Camba and Adam Wendt of Maddy’s Dumpling House.
