November 7, 2012--Chicagoland’s design lovers came out in support of the Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS (DIFFA) at Chicago Home + Garden’s third annual Chairs for Charity event at Cosentino. The evening featured a silent auction of one-of-a-kind, reimagined vintage chairs from 15 of Chicago’s top designers. Guests enjoyed delicious hors d’oeuvres from Texas de Brazil, wine from City Winery, and beer from Peroni. The event raised more than $8,000 to fund Chicago-area HIV/AIDS service agencies that provide direct service, preventative education, and outreach to people who are HIV positive, living with AIDS, or at risk for infection.
