September 10, 2012--Chicago magazine celebrated local mixologists and Bulleit Bourbon master distiller Tom Bulleit, at Trenchermen with a private dinner. Guests enjoyed sipping Trenchermen's Tona Palomino's Funky Chicken while tasting delicious hors d'ouevres. Tona, along with along with Justin Anderson of La Sirena Clandestina and Nathan Ozug of Longman & Eagle, created Bulleit cocktails that were paired with the four-course dinner.
