Enough with all these homegrown microbrews (okay, not really)—time for Euro beers to grab the spotlight. With that in mind, we paid a visit to Quenchers Saloon on Saturday to wash down all that turkey with a few cold ones, and to quench our curiosity about the trusty Logan Square joint’s 32nd Annual European Beer Tour. The weeklong festival kicked off Friday, and honors the brews (and cheeses and sausages, of course) of Europe.
