The Property: Jonathan Toews, who captained the Blackhawks to 2010 and 2013, sold his three-bedroom condo in the Lakeshore East neighborhood Thursday.

Toews put the condo on the market in July 2012, asking $1.85 million. He had dropped the price to $1.7 million. The final sale price of $1.629 million brought him a 10.4 percent profit on his 2008 purchase price, $1.475 million.

When he put the 2,700-square-footer on the market last year, Toews had already bought his new place a year ago: a $2.05 million condo with a 1,000-square-foot rooftop terrace at another building in the same neighborhood.

The listing for the condo that Toews just sold describes it as having “master suite with spa-like bath, extra-large kitchen, [and] elegant automated window treatment.” An indoor parking space was included in the offering.
