It is a few steps from this condo’s tenth-floor addition, which was a separate studio apartment until three years ago, when Hollingsworth and Noyer bought it and installed the spiral staircase for access. That 600-square-foot addition brought the condo’s total space to 3,400 square feet.

Price Points: The sellers put the home on the market about five months ago, with the same price as they are asking now.
