This Week’s Top Story

E! anchor Giuliana Rancic has partnered with locally based luxury consignment biz eDrop-Off (shopedropoff.com) on two back-to-back auctions that kick off today. Benefiting breast cancer charity Fab-U-Wish, the online sales feature more than 500 items from the TV personality’s closet. Look for a black Saint Laurent blazer, a Stella McCartney sheath dress, and Aquazzura peep-toe pumps. The opening bid is $24.99 for all pieces.

Top Sales This Week

Parisian sister stores Sandro (102 E. Oak St., sandro-paris.com) and Maje (70 E. Oak St., maje.com) are both offering 25 percent off everything that’s on the shop floor through today. The stores close at 6 p.m.

Brooks Brothers (713 N. Michigan Ave., brooksbrothers.com) is hosting a fall sale featuring 30 percent off on select styles. The sale has more items for women than for men; for the latter, the selection is largely limited to shorts and polo shirts. The event runs indefinitely.

Lincoln Park boutique Art Effect (934 W. Armitage Ave., shoparteffect.com) has steep discounts on the last of its summer merchandise. Items include a “Mon Amour” hinge cuff from Giles and Brother (reduced from $110 to $55) and slim denim overalls from Mavi (reduced to $90 from $128).

Fashion Show

The woman’s board of the Rush University Musical Center hosts its annual fashion show benefit tonight at Morgan Manufacturing (401 N. Morgan St.). Models will strut looks from 12 local retailers, including Chalk, Neapolitan, and Ralph Lauren. General-admission tickets, available at the door, are $325 ($150 for guests 30 and under).
