From July 16 to 19, the high-end consignment shop Luxury Garage Sale (1658 N. Wells St., luxurygaragesale.com) will host its annual warehouse sale. Held online and at LGS’s Wells Street headquarters, the event runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. For the best selection—and fewer designer junkies to fend off—it’s best to arrive early. (Make that very early: a line usually forms outside before the store even opens on the first day of the sale.)

Or, you could take your chances and hit the follow-up “Last Chance Sale,” open July 22 to 26 at The Shops at 900 North Michigan Avenue. The event takes place that Wednesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and then on Sunday the 26th from noon to 6 p.m. You’ll find remaining goods from the warehouse sale, all marked down to $300 or less.
