I love skinny jeans because (as I mentioned last week) they are just so forgiving. And one of my favorite go-to lines is R13.  

This New York-based company is brilliant at getting the fabric-to-stretch ratio just right. I like my jeans to feel like they are made from denim, not some stretchy, slick cotton that is dyed to look like denim. I’ve found these fabric blends accentuate imperfections instead of tucking them in, as jeans should.   

R13 manages not only to tuck in, but also give my butt a nice lift—and they are incredibly comfortable. That’s why a pair of these in white is an absolute must for summer. And the recent trend of wearing white jeans year-round means this investment has… uh, legs.
