The Line (theline.com) has opened its first Chicago pop-up shop at the Waldorf Astoria (11 E. Walton St.). Styled like a luxurious home, the seasonal boutique showcases home goods, beauty products, and fashion from labels such as Altuzarra and Calvin Klein Collection. The shop—which will remain open through January 2017—also offers perks like personal shopping, wardrobe styling, and giftwrapping.
Top Sales This Week
Lifestyle blogger Blair Staky of The Fox & She will host a shopping event at Ann Taylor (600 N. Michigan Ave., anntaylor.com) this evening. Running from 5 to 7 p.m., the “Friends of Ann” event will offer 40 percent discounts on everything in-store, and Blair will dole styling advice. And if that’s not enough for you, there will also be snacks and drinks as well.
Elements (741 N. Wells St., elementschicago.com) will host a three-day flash sale on handbags today through Saturday. The sale takes 20 percent off bags from labels such as B. May, Dragon, and Henry Beguelin.
Trunk Show
Chalk (337 Park Ave., Glencoe, chalkboutique.com) will host a designer appearance and trunk show for Novis on November 17. Named after designer Jordana Warmflash’s grandmother, Gwen Novis Warmflash, the women’s label is known for tailored silhouettes and luxurious fabrics. Check out the Fall 2016 collection here.
Pop-Up
Spa@theWit (201 N. State St., thewithotel.com) will host a pop-up shop through November 28. The shop will sell gift-worthy beauty products, including bath bomb sets from a variety of brands, super-soft socks and baby blankets from Kashwere, and sets of organic skincare products from Eminence.
